Our MMA program is led by Coach Manny, who
brings experience from both amateur and professional competition in MMA and kickboxing, along with a
black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. His diverse martial arts background allows students to develop a
complete skill set that combines striking, grappling, takedowns, and submissions into a well-rounded
approach to mixed martial arts.
Classes focus on building a strong foundation in all aspects of MMA, helping students understand how
different martial arts work together in both competition and real-world situations. Training includes
striking techniques, wrestling and takedown fundamentals, ground control, submissions, and the
transitions that connect them. Students are challenged to develop their skills in a safe and supportive
environment while improving their fitness, discipline, and confidence.
Our MMA program is open to all experience levels, whether you're interested in learning self-defense,
improving your athletic performance, exploring mixed martial arts for the first time, or pursuing
competition. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn, work hard, and become part of
a great team.
