About Our Kickboxing Program

Our Kickboxing program is led by Coach Jorge, who brings experience from both amateur and professional competition in kickboxing and MMA. His classes combine technical striking instruction with practical training methods that help students build real skills while improving their fitness and confidence.

Classes focus on proper punching and kicking mechanics, footwork, defensive movement, and combinations that can be applied in both sport and self-defense settings. Students train in a supportive environment where they can progress at their own pace, whether their goal is to get in shape, learn self-defense, relieve stress, or compete.

Our Kickboxing program is designed for beginners and experienced martial artists alike. No previous experience is necessary—just a willingness to learn and work hard alongside a great community of training partners.
